What's MY Soul of Innovation ™️

What makes me an Enabler of Innovation?
Ahead of meeting with you about the possibility of joining your team, I’d like to give you an opportunity to get to know me in a nutshell. “Innovation and Transformation” is who I am in all aspects of my life. My heart is programmed to succeed by having an unbelievable amount of grit and resilience when it comes to succeeding; How? By having the ability to fail often and get right back up with one more lesson or nugget of knowledge to help me reach the intended goal. I am often coined as a “change agent” or a “transformation leader” because of my design first approach to Thinking and I use Lean User Experience techniques to help deliver cutting edge and immediate MVP solutions clients.
I am a modern-day explorer and “brain coach”. I can quickly develop new technical skills as required and absorb professional knowledge and access by easily navigating the vastness of our organizational networks with my interpersonal skills to be an effective ambassador for your team. I am known as a creator of passion and enjoy the thrill of innovating and teaching the art of innovating to build a culture of it. Most importantly, I’d say the one thing about me that enables me to be all of this, is my willingness to take on challenges that are outside of my comfort zone and have others willingly and excitedly come along with me.
My main customer base are CTOs, CMOS, Senior Sales Executives and their applications and support team leaders, who have large and small market spaces, all trying to deliver exceptional digital customer journey experiences to their/OUR customers by helping them identify and build innovative applications that are relevant and disruptive. I work with each of the stakeholders to build fast paced, collaborative, and co-located teams to create the “Agility” in order to drive the “Product and Service Innovation” – not only does this create the most exciting place for our employees to work but it also creates a positive drive within me to be challenged and create a scenario that is a core part of how I operate in all aspects of my life; building solutions that help the client win, provides a culture of driven and devoted employees collaborating at their highest potentials (win), and lastly, how this positively creates winning effects within the surrounding communities of our clients and our employees. It’s a WIN-WIN-WIN value system that has led me to many great experiences which resulted in invaluable happiness “credit”.
In the Architecture and Strategy arena, I helped create this philosophy as a core part of each company’s culture. In order for us to create trailblazing new technology platforms and services for successful execution of the DevOps business model and a focus on technical enablement, I was able to design and lead developer outreach programs through establishing grassroots community of practice establishments and hosting a “syndicated “Show, Don’t Tell” Series as a storytelling platform for our technologists whom were uniquely exploring and creating innovations within their teams - from this spawned a huge shift in a new type of “consulting services lab” we turned into within the industry. A first in the organization’s history (high five) and the first of its solution style in the entire industry and Fortune 10 companies!!! Serious inroads!

About Me:
Through dedication, perseverance and hard work, I have spent over two and a half decades building a substantial career footprint using my expert technology know-how to be considered an renown expert in the tech sector. Born with an innate talent to be a leader, in the start of my career straight out of college, I quickly realized in hindsight a lot about my success in my undergraduate period of life was my raw innate skill for being a natural leader; I was selected by the top fortune 100 companies for those “dream about” desired internship programs because they could see my potential if given the chance and right opportunity I could be a successful leader in the male-dominated tech industry. Every role I was offered put me on a stage for growing my career in the fast-track mode. I not only invested in ongoing learning alongside 16–20-hour days post undergrad, I chose to mark another major milestone by completing a Master’s of Science in CIS and Business & Leadership to get the stamp of “credibility” amongst my peers, which were majority all men and then me 😐 This removed the stigma of “token female”, “diversity” HR position I was used to being labeled. After I graduated, a great deal of opportunities were offered to me that were curated to provide me the platform to use both my creative leadership style alongside my deep technical knowledge to drive innovation on a larger scale with a wider scope of responsibilities to drive immense change in the work culture and build an agile business to revolutionize industries with the use of enterprise technology. In my execution, I became coined as “change agent” with a nickname “sparkie” for my courageous, bold, and energetic leadership methodology.
Me packaged, has delivered a results orientated positive impact in my corporate career and my philanthropic contributions. My energy, passion and desire to master my knowledge in tech was and is contagious and positively disrupts any environment and community that I’m a part in.

This self-developed ethos has helped me become recognized for pioneering thought leadership for women in technology (STEM). My dedication for inclusiveness as a society allows me to leverage my core beliefs within my leadership style to tackle the BIG challenges with innovative and intersectional ideas for a win for everyone. To date this thought process has driven my conscious life as a passionate builder of positive capability fueled by a contagious entrepreneurial spirit.
In sharing my commitment to creativity and innovation I have developed a deepened understanding to religiously practice the need to challenge the most basic assumptions. Through this approach, an infectious realization of successfulness to thrive in today’s uncertain environments is born, which is what keeps me motivated to wake up every day and aspire to reach a new summit of my life’s Mt. Everest.

The leadership I champion is through spreading STEM capabilities and making education available to everyone in our community. My personal innovation modeling practices help clients and the community find their soul of innovation® to BE ESSENTIAL as part of the future workforce.
